Parental Use

Parents and guardians may monitor devices belonging to their minor children. OgyMogy recommends open communication with children about monitoring as part of responsible digital parenting.

Employer Use

Employers may monitor company-owned devices when employees have been appropriately informed and applicable employment and privacy laws have been followed. OgyMogy does not authorize covert monitoring of employee personal devices.

No Warranty

OgyMogy does not provide assurance or representation that the software will meet all needs, that it will be of satisfactory quality, or that it will be fit for all purposes.

Limitation of Liability

OgyMogy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including damages resulting from unauthorized use.

User Responsibility
