Disclaimer
Important limitations, disclosures and legal notices regarding the use of OgyMogy monitoring software and the content on this website.
1. Intended and Lawful Use Only
OgyMogy is designed exclusively for lawful monitoring purposes. Use of this software to monitor any individual without proper legal authorization is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense under federal and state law.
OgyMogy monitoring software is intended for use in the following lawful contexts:
- Parental monitoring — by a parent or legal guardian monitoring a minor child on a device owned by or provided to the family
- Employee monitoring — by an employer monitoring company-owned devices used by employees, in compliance with applicable employment law and with appropriate employee notice as required by applicable state and federal law
- Personal device monitoring — by an individual monitoring their own device or a device they own
Use of OgyMogy for any purpose not listed above, including but not limited to monitoring a spouse, intimate partner, adult family member, friend or any person whose device you do not own and have no legal authorization to monitor, is prohibited and is a violation of OgyMogy's Terms of Service.
OgyMogy expressly disavows any use of its software for stalking, harassment, domestic abuse, unauthorized surveillance or any other unlawful purpose. Accounts found to be used for such purposes will be terminated immediately and may be reported to law enforcement.
2. User Responsibility for Legal Compliance
It is the sole responsibility of each OgyMogy user to ensure that their use of the software complies with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
- The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), 18 U.S.C. §2510 et seq.
- The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), 18 U.S.C. §1030
- The Stored Communications Act (SCA), 18 U.S.C. §2701 et seq.
- State wiretapping, eavesdropping and electronic surveillance laws
- State employee monitoring and privacy laws, including state-specific notice requirements
- The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable
Legal requirements for monitoring vary significantly by state. For example, some states require employers to provide specific written notice to employees before monitoring their communications. Users operating in California, Connecticut, Delaware, New York and other states with enhanced privacy protections should consult legal counsel before deploying monitoring on employee or shared devices.
OgyMogy does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that any particular use of its software is lawful in your specific jurisdiction or circumstances. See Section 3 below.
3. No Legal Advice
Nothing on this website, in the OgyMogy application, in communications from OgyMogy support staff, or in any marketing, help center or documentation materials constitutes legal advice. All information provided by OgyMogy regarding legal use, lawful monitoring, acceptable use policies and related topics is provided for general informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Before deploying OgyMogy in any professional, employment or sensitive personal context, you should consult with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction who can advise you based on your specific circumstances, the applicable law in your location and the nature of your intended use.
OgyMogy's support team can help with technical setup and product questions. They are not able to advise you on whether a specific use of the software is legal in your jurisdiction. Please consult a lawyer for legal guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OgyMogy, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers will not be liable for any:

In all cases where OgyMogy's liability cannot be excluded by law, OgyMogy's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the use of the service will not exceed the total amount you paid to OgyMogy in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages. In such jurisdictions, OgyMogy's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
5. No Warranty
OgyMogy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OgyMogy expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement

- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any data captured or displayed by the service
- Warranties that the service will capture all device activity or that all features will function on all device configurations
- Warranties that the service will be undetectable on any specific device or OS version
The performance of OgyMogy monitoring features depends on a range of factors outside OgyMogy's control, including the Android version, device manufacturer, installed applications, system settings and network conditions of the monitored device. OgyMogy cannot guarantee identical feature performance across all supported device configurations.
6. Accuracy of Website Information
While OgyMogy makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information published on this website, product descriptions, feature lists, compatibility information and pricing are subject to change without notice. OgyMogy does not warrant that the information on this website is accurate, complete or current at all times.
The authoritative source for subscription pricing is the checkout page at the time of purchase. The authoritative source for feature availability is the OgyMogy dashboard and current documentation. Website descriptions of features represent general capability descriptions and may not reflect all limitations or conditions that apply in specific device configurations.
7. Third-Party Content and Links
The OgyMogy website and service may contain links to, or references to, third-party websites, applications, services and content that are not owned or controlled by OgyMogy. These references are provided for convenience and information purposes only. OgyMogy does not endorse, control, approve or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party resource.
OgyMogy monitoring features capture data from third-party applications installed on monitored devices. OgyMogy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any third-party application provider whose data may be captured by the monitoring service, including social media platforms, messaging applications or other services.
8. Monitoring Results and Data Accuracy
OgyMogy captures device activity data and presents it in your dashboard. While OgyMogy strives to capture and present data accurately, you should be aware of the following limitations:
- GPS location accuracy depends on the device's GPS hardware, satellite visibility and local conditions. Accuracy may be reduced indoors, in dense urban environments or when the device's location services are restricted
- Social media and messaging app monitoring depends on the specific app version and implementation. App updates by third-party developers may affect data capture compatibility, and OgyMogy cannot guarantee continuous compatibility with all versions of all supported apps
- Keylogger capture depends on how each application handles keyboard input and may not capture all input methods, including voice-to-text, autofill and some third-party keyboard implementations
- Data captured during periods of no network connectivity is queued and may be delivered to your dashboard with a delay or in altered sequence
Data captured by OgyMogy should not be the sole basis for any legal, employment, medical or other consequential decision without independent verification where appropriate.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This disclaimer and any disputes arising from your use of OgyMogy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction as specified in the OgyMogy Terms of Service. By using OgyMogy, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the Terms of Service for resolution of any dispute.
This disclaimer does not limit or override any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
